Online Form Filling Work:
The
user can login into the software provided and can start working in the
selected shift timings. There should be net connection throughout the
shift time.
ShiftTimings available with us:
1. 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Early Morning Shift)
2. 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM ( Morning Shift)
3. 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Noon Shift)
4. 4:00 PM – 12:00 mid Night (Evening Shift)
5. 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
6. 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift 2)
Change of shift timings will be charged Rs 2000.00 / request
Project I: Online Weekly Project:
Data: 500 – 550 Forms/ week (Tuesday – Saturday, 5 Days)
Duration: 8hrs as per the shift timings selected at the time of the registration.
Contract: 6 Months
Registration Fee: 6000.00 + Service Tax
(Registration fee is towards Server maintenance, Support and Admin Expenses)
Accuracy and Payments:

99.1% - 100% = Rs 4,000.00/Week
98.1% - 99.0% = Rs 3,000.00/Week
97.1% - 98.0% = Rs 2,000.00/Week
96.1% - 97.0% = Rs 1,000.00/Week
Below 96.1% = No payment.
Accuracy = Total no of Forms – Total No of Errors X 100

Termination:
1. Any 3 weeks work not submitted / Rejected.
2. Any 5 weeks not achieved the minimum accuracy (including rejection & Non Submission).
OFFLINE FORM FILLING PROJECTS
FIRST PROJECT:
Registration Fee : 7000.00 + Tax
That amount will me refund on second month billing if achieve the accuracy 95.1% to 100%
Continues two time in 12 months

Duration : 18-20 days.

Data: 1900 – 2000 Forms (Scanned Image JPEG / GIF to Form filling Software)
Duration: 18- 20 Days,
Registration Fee: 14,000.00 (12 Months – 12 Slots) if paid in single payment.
Installment Option:
Initial Rs 8,000.00
1st Installment: Rs 3,000.00 (Will
be adjusted in the first billing, if work is rejected then need to pay
the balance amount to continue the process further.)
2nd Installment: Rs
3,000.00 (Will be adjusted in the first billing, if work is rejected
then need to pay the balance amount to continue the process further.)
Guaranteed Payment:
Rs 5,000.00 will
be paid every month for all the files which are below 75% accuracy;
there will be no payment for the files which are Rejected (refer
Rejection Criteria in Work Agreement). In every 3 Projects 1 project
should have the minimum accuracy to continue with the Guaranteed
Payment. If Not then this Guaranteed Payment offer will void.
